What the profile badges mean
- ID verifiedLevel 1
An identity document matching the profile name plus a confirmed phone number.
- Address in cityLevel 2
Proof of residence in the same city, which is what makes the listed district reliable.
- Licensed tradeLevel 3
Required for health and legal listings and checked by hand against the issuer.
The document is deleted the moment a decision is made. The decision, the reviewer and the timestamp remain; the image does not.
What we check

Before you pay
Avoid large deposits
A normal deposit is under 20%, the rest on delivery.
Keep the agreement in the chat
The chat is stored and is used if a dispute is opened.
Check address registration
Some units cannot be registered, which affects your residence permit.
Never hand over original documents
A copy is enough for any legitimate transaction.
If something goes wrong
Report from the business page or from the chat. We review the request and chat history within 48 hours and can pause a listing or ask for an explanation. Repeat reports on the same business are grouped for the team.
